Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Carefully repackage the wooden items in their original protective wrap and shipping box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
